At Blu Jay Hair we understand that sometimes a mistake can be made while ordering, which is why we provide a comprehensive and fair exchange policy. We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of products that have not been cut, tempered or altered. We take matters of hygiene and public safety series, due to this we do not allow used items to be exchanged for the safety of all of our clients.
